The Gloria Kennedy Gallery is pleased to present the ‘Endangered’ Exhibition.  There are so many things on this earth that we take for granted.  The air we breathe, our rights, our ideals, our minds, our ecosystems, our flora and fauna.   This exhibition is a ceramic commentary of some of these threatened treasures, which in many cases are on the brink of extinction. Each work of art is an innovative and inimitable expression of an imperiled entity. Artists included are Cindy Billingsley, Courtney Cullen, Sharan Elran, Brett Freund, Eva Funderburgh, Ronnie Gould, Jason Hackett, Margaret Haydon, Michael Jamison, Gloria Kennedy, Bethany Krull, Lisa Merida-Paytes, Sara Mills, Ayano Ohmi, Vince Palacios, Jeanie Pappas, Nick Ramey, Lisa Soranaka, Phyllis Kudder Sullivan, Lisa Truax, Mark Walnock, Patricia Watson, Kari Wik, Etta Winigrad and Jennifer Wrae. The exhibition runs from January 14 - February 28, 2009.  Opening reception Thursday February 5, 2009 from 6 - 9 PM.
